dry needling

Dry needling helps to destroy the verrucae virus by pushing the virus into the deeper adipose tissues, to initiate an immune response so that the body can recognise & kill the virus.

Western medical acupuncture is effective for forms of acute & chronic pain such as, lower back, knee, hip & foot pain, sciatica, sprains, strains, arthritis, tendonitis,  joint pain & sports injuries.

Just a note to say a big thank you to Mr Lokat at the Leicester Podiatry Clinic for getting rid of my horrible verrucaes!! I tried for several years with all kinds of treatments ranging from liquid nitrogen to banana skin and felt at a loss. The dry needling treatment under local anaesthesia got rid off them instantly and now I have a normal pain free foot. Thanks again.

Miss S Stretton

I met Abid after suffering from corns that made even standing so painful. I was hesitant after hearing stories from friends who had seen chiropodists in the past and informed me that the treatment would be painful and I would not be able to walk afterwards. Abid explained the cause of the corns, reassured me and just after one treatment my feet felt wonderful.
